I have requested that DuMouchelle Art Galleries Co. (“DuMouchelles”) remove the frame from the Lot(s) Purchased identified above. Based on my request, I understand and agree to the following:

1. DuMouchelles shall not be liable for any loss, damage, destruction or any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages of the Lot(s) Purchased, whether caused by negligence, accidents, acts of nature, or any other reason
2. DuMouchelles does not provide insurance coverage for the Lot(s) Purchased. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to obtain any necessary insurance to cover the potential loss or damage of the Lot(s) Purchased.
3. DuMouchelles shall dispose of the frame as it sees fit and there shall be no compensation to the Buyer for the frame.
