Our Selling Consignment Process
Submit Photos Online
Upload photos through our online form, and one of our specialists will respond within approximately 1–2 weeks.
Visit Our Gallery
Walk-in evaluations are available at our Detroit gallery on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 11 AM – 4 PM. To ensure we can give each item proper attention, we recommend bringing up to five items. If you have a larger group, we suggest starting by submitting photos online. For fine jewelry, larger quantities may be accommodated.
Traveling from out of town? Submit photos in advance — we’re happy to provide a preliminary assessment before you make the trip.

Estates and Larger Collections
DuMouchelles regularly works with families, attorneys, and advisors on estates and larger collections. For these situations, we can often arrange virtual consultations or on-site visits, typically after an initial review of photographs. While we carefully review every submission, not all items are suitable for auction. Factors such as condition, market demand, and value thresholds play an important role in determining fit. Whenever possible, our team provides thoughtful recommendations and alternative options when an item is not appropriate for auction.
